Know before you book
  • Pickup will be within 45 minutes from your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time. Kindly share your Whatsapp number for an easy communication during the pickup.
  • Pregnant Ladies, Children 3 and younger are not allowed. If you have back or other health problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
  • An additional surcharge of approximately USD 45 per person (subject to change Due the quad type) for each 15 minute quad bike ride is payable on the day of your activity
  • Complimentary pickup is available from Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman hotels, apartments, and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal & Port Rashid. Pickup from Dubai Airport available from Holiday Inn Airport hotel. Pickup from Bab Al Shams, Al Maha resort, and Jebel Ali is available with an additional fee.
  • Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
  • Entertainment activities (Tanoura and Ladies Khaliji Dance show ) will not be available on certain days including special Islamic days as per UAE law (dates may vary)
  • Pickup time will be during Summer (May - Sep) between 2:45 pm - 3:30pm & Winter (Oct - April) between 1:50 pm - 2:40pm Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time.
